Chiiki okoshi kyouryokutai (Kyouryokutai) is "Community-Reactivating Cooperator Squad” by government project.
I think so,too.
And last summer, A graphic designer woman, she seems good worker in rural area, said me "Kyouryokutai is same as welfare recipients.".
It meant that Kyouryokutai receive the money from tax without not works.
I could understand about criticism of Kyouryokutai, but I am very angry about her discriminatory remark for welfare recipients.
I think there are many people who have images of Rural Development it's superficial good designs and lifestyles.
